Our History

Founded in 1984 by John G. Fifield FRICS, Osborne House Group has established a strong reputation in property development, investment, and asset management. Originally launched as a joint venture with Vale Royal Borough Council, the company played a key role in the creation of Gadbrook Park in Northwich, Cheshire, a location chosen for its strategic proximity to major transport links. Over the years, Osborne House has developed more than 250,000 sq. ft of office, retail, commercial, and residential space, in addition to refurbishing and repurposing over 500,000 sq. ft. and securing planning permissions across sites totalling over 200 acres.
