Founded in 1984 by John G. Fifield, FRICS and subsequently joined by Patrick C.J. Holme as Director, Osborne House, is a highly motivated, well managed and efficient Property Development Company working creatively both independently or in partnership with financiers or land owners throughout England and Wales. Now with Edward G. Fifield, BSc FRICS as Managing Director, Osborne House is dedicated to building on the strong foundations laid before him.
Osborne House have built a strong reputation in property development, investment and asset management. Initially established as a joint venture with Vale Royal Borough Council, the company played a pivotal role in the development of and is based at Gadbrook Park, Cheshire which is strategically positioned close to key transport links.
